We offer hydro jetting services to clear and clean plumbing systems, including drains, pipes, and sewers. Specific services will be outlined in the agreed contract or service order.

2. Customer Obligations

Access: The customer must provide clear and unobstructed access to the work area.

Information Accuracy: Customers must provide accurate details about the plumbing system, including known issues or potential hazards.

Utilities: The customer is responsible for ensuring water supply and other necessary utilities are available during the service.

3. Service Limitations

Hydro jetting is not a substitute for major plumbing repairs.

The company is not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing damage to the pipes, including corrosion, cracks, or structural weaknesses.

Hydro jetting may not resolve blockages caused by severe structural damage, tree roots, or collapsed pipes.

4. Liability

While we take utmost care, the company is not liable for damages resulting from:

Pre-existing conditions in the plumbing system.

Failure of pipes or drains due to age or structural weakness.

Issues arising from improper maintenance or repair by third parties.

The company’s liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

6. Pricing and Payment

Estimates provided are based on the information available at the time.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the service agreement.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

8. Health and Safety

The customer must notify the company of any hazardous materials, such as chemicals or biohazards, in the service area.

Our technicians adhere to safety protocols to minimize risks during the service.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration, as agreed upon by both parties.

10. Governing Law:
